How to Become a Conference Sponsor
Delegates will predominately be senior decision makers responsible for the gift voucher, gift card and stored value solution businesses of many of the major brands providing an excellent opportunity to meet, network and influence this important group of buyers.
For organisations looking to reach this group of decision makers the following options are available:
Title Sponsor - £7,500
Your positioning as Title Sponsor will align your business as a prominent player in the market. Your logo will be incorporated into the Conference logo which means that your company will benefit from the highest profile branding opportunities before, during and after the conference. In addition, as title sponsor, you will have the opportunity to open the conference on the main speaker platform.
This package includes:
VA Conference 2008 in Partnership with Title Sponsor
Your logo will be incorporated into the VA Conference 2008 logo and will appear on all conference related collateral.
Name and Logo on Display Throughout The Event
Your logo will be prominently displayed on the main stage set throughout the event and on the holding slide on the main screen when appropriate.
Branding and Marketing
Your logo will be placed on the front cover of the delegate marketing brochure. Additionally the sponsors’ logos will be incorporated into the advertisements created to promote the event. (Note: Sponsorship must be agreed by 30th November 2007 for this opportunity to be realised)
Main platform Speaking Opportunity
Sponsor will open the conference (Subject to approval).
Panel Involvement
Special opportunity to be a panellist at the conference.
Sponsor Mentioned by Conference Chairman
Your company will be supported by a minimum of two references by name, by the conference chairman, thanking the sponsors and drawing attention to their importance to the conference.
Lunch Sponsorship
A representative from your company will announce the end of the morning session at the conference and invite delegates to lunch. Sponsor branding will appear in the lunch area.
Exhibition Space
You will be invited to take a stand in a prominent position within the exhibition area; this area is the main networking area where lunch, tea, coffee and other refreshments will be served, thus ensuring a steady footfall.
Exhibitor Conference Places
Four complimentary delegate places at the conference. (Please note that these delegates will also be responsible for manning your stand during breaks.)
Dinner places
Six complimentary dinner places for the evening dinner reception.
Company Details and Logo in Delegate Pack
You may provide one item of advertising literature to be included in the Delegate Pack. (The item must be A4 or smaller and no more than 16 pages in length) The Sponsor can additionally provide a separate brochure or leaflet to be placed on the delegate seats during one of the coffee breaks.
Website Exposure
Company name, 150 word statement, and logo will be placed in a prominent position on the VA Conference website.
Associate Sponsor - £ 5,000
As well as branding and acknowledgements in all conference collateral the package includes sponsorship of the VA 2008 dinner reception. This will be the main networking event on the day and is additional to a main platform speaking opportunity and other powerful sponsor benefits.

Sponsorship of the ‘Drinks, Dinner and Cafe Jazz’ Evening Event
Opportunity to sponsor the dinner reception following the conference. This will include branding of the dinner area.
Main Platform Speaking Opportunity
A representative from your company will close the conference and invite delegates to dinner. (Subject to approval).
Branding
Branding will appear in the delegate marketing brochure and on the VA Conference website.

The dinner will be mentioned twice in the Chairman’s remarks throughout the day.
