Following in the success of last year’s event, The Va will be hosting its fifth annual conference at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, on Tuesday 22 April 2008. This unmissable industry event is suitable for everyone who has an interest in vouchers, gift cards and stored value solutions.

The Va was established as a trade body in 1996 to represent the
key players in the £3bn
corporate gift vouchers, cards and stored value solutions market. It provides an information and reference point for both voucher & gift card suppliers and customers, and is at the forefront of the issues affecting the industry. Its main objective is to raise the profile and use of vouchers & gift cards within the UK, promoting the industry to consumers, businesses, government and other interested parties.
The Va operates with three levels of membership. Issuer Membership is available to any organisation that sells gift vouchers, gift cards or electronic codes that can be exchanged for specific goods or services to the value presented on the voucher. Service Membership is open to organisations that provide a support service to the issuer’s voucher, gift card or stored value market, which could include gift card manufacturers or consultation services. Issuer & Service members are eligible for election to the Executive Committee of The Va. Social Membership is available to any company or individual that works within the industry. All members benefit from Va seminars, forums, training courses and social events.
